Welcome to this guided meditation session for surrender. This audio track, part of our healing affirmation series, can be used in a variety of ways.

You can use this as a simple guided meditation, as a set of declarations that you repeat while tuning in to a particular area of the body, as an EFT tapping session/ any form of Meridian tapping that you feel comfortable with, or you can simply listen to the track and receive these reminders.

Remember that affirmations don't always need to be "positive"; it's important that we're truthful with ourselves about what we currently feel and believe. Awareness is key.
