We're human beings, and therefore we think...constantly...about alllll the things. Thinking is part of our nature and necessary for survival.

The issue isn't that we have an abundance of racing thoughts, it's that we often chase down those racing thoughts.

We attach to them, believe them, listen to and perpetuate the stories of the monkey mind, argue and debate with ourselves internally.
