Tapping When You're Having Trouble Sleeping: A Guided Session

It's an honor to have you here. This is just a reminder that the focus of this work is not to resist or try to force ourselves out of heavy emotional experiences, but to cultivate compassion for ourselves when we feel them.

Aside from general sleep hygiene-related factors, there are often emotional factors to insomnia that we've collectively learned to downplay or ignore. This tapping session aims to bring awareness & compassion to some of these.
