Tapping When You're Angry: A Guided Session

It's an honor to have you here. This is just a reminder that the focus of this work is not to resist or try to force ourselves out of heavy emotional experiences, but to cultivate compassion, kindness, and love for ourselves when we feel them.

The invitation with anger is to also notice any emotions we may be experiencing beneath that anger, as often, anger can be a mask for other emotions.
